Carpool List
 
In the interest of being environmentally conscious, I would like to develop a carpool list which will contain the names, telephone numbers, zip codes, and email addresses of all the people who will be on the Yosemite trip.  You can use this list to arrange for carpooling to and from your home and the Park N Ride.  Please contact me if you do not wish to have your name and contact information on this list.
 
Refund Policy
 
Generally payments are non-refundable with the following exceptions:
 
1.   Persons on the waiting list who request a refund of their deposit will receive a refund.
2.   If the trip is cancelled all money is refunded in full.
3.   Persons who cancel after paying in full will get their money back less the deposit if there is someone to take their spot.
4.   If upon cancellation there is no replacement there is no refund unless lodging or other costs are reduced by the cancellation in which case the Sierra Club will give a partial refund equal to the reduced costs.  
 
Note:  The Sierra Club will allow you to assign your spot on the trip to another person.  In other words, you can get a full refund if you can find someone who will pay you what you paid for the trip.
Travel Insurance
 
It is not unusual for vacations to be interrupted or cancelled by unforeseen circumstances.  You can protect yourself and your investment against the unexpected by purchasing travel insurance.  If you are interested in this, please call Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts at 888-252-9191.
 
Forms

Here are the forms which will need to be completed prior to the trip.  Please print these forms (preferably double sided to save paper) and bring them with you on the trip.  Monique will have extras on the bus in case you forget your forms.
